What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery times depend on the shipping address. When your order has been placed, we will prepare your order for delivery. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. This will allow you to track your order right to your doorstep.

What happens if my package goes missing?
You will be able to see the latest status or your package delivery through the track & trace link. If your package has been delivered, but you have not received the package, please contact our customer support team. They will contact the relevant logistics partner to inquire about the missing package. If the investigation is inconclusive, we will ship a new product or you may request a full refund.

What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges need to be submitted within 14 days after receiving the order.
How do I submit a return?

Can I exchange my product for a different size or product?
Absolutely! When submitting your return, you can immediately exchange this for a different size or product.
How long will it take before I receive a refund?
Refunds will be issued as soon as we have received and inspected the returned product. This may take up to 5 business days from the moment we receive your return at our warehouse
Do you refund the shipping costs?
Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded.
